Booking & Payment Info
HOW BOOKING WORKS
A 30% booking retainer secures your date (non-refundable, applied to your balance)
A separate $300 refundable damage deposit is due closer to your event
35% of the balance due 8 weeks before your event
Final 35% due 4 weeks before your event
Save 10% when you pay in full (60+ days out, by Zelle, CashApp, or check)
Damage deposit returned within 72 hours after your event (if no damages)
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
The 30% booking retainer is non-refundable at all times
60+ days before event: all payments beyond the retainer refunded
30–59 days: 50% of payments beyond the retainer refunded
Under 30 days: no refund beyond the damage deposit
One reschedule allowed if requested 60+ days out ($250 transfer fee), within 6 months
