BOOKING & PAYMENT INFO
Deposit & Payment Structure
1 : $250 deposit required to secure your date
2 : The $250 also serves as your refundable security deposit
3 : Security deposit is returned within 72
hours after your event (if no damages)
4 : Bring your own décor & catering
5 : Payment schedule
6 : 50% due 8 weeks before event
7 : Remaining balance due 4 weeks before event
8 : 20% discount if paid in full before 4 weeks
9 : No payments are accepted after the event date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
60+ days before event: Full refund minus $500
30–59 days: 50% refund
1–29 days: No refund
All cancellations result in at least a $500 loss
Postponements must be rescheduled within 6 months.
Force majeure (government mandates) allows rescheduling within 6 months.
