HOW BOOKING WORKS

• $250 deposit secures your date

• Deposit also serves as your refundable security deposit

• 50% due 8 weeks before event (if not paid in full)

• Remaining balance due 4 weeks before event

• 20% discount available when paid in full upfront

• Security deposit returned within 72 hours after event (if no damages)

 CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

60+ days before event: Full refund minus $500

30–59 days: 50% refund

1–29 days: No refund

All cancellations result in at least a $500 loss

Postponements must be rescheduled within 6 months.

Force majeure (government mandates) allows rescheduling within 6 months.
