TERMS & CONDITION

Rental Duration and Overtime

-Standard Rental: Your rental period includes _ hours of event time, plus 1 hour for setup and 1 hour for cleanup. Clients and vendors must adhere to this timeline.

-Overtime Fees: Any time exceeding the rental period will incur additional fees (see contract for exact pricing) (billed in half-hour increments). Overtime fees must be paid in full before the event ends.

-Event Conclusion: All music and entertainment must end no later than 1 hour before the event’s end time to allow for cleanup and safe departure of guests.

Setup and Cleanup

-Setup: Setup is allowed during the designated 1-hour setup window. If additional time is needed, it must be arranged in advance and will be subject to availability and additional fees.

-Cleanup: The venue must be returned to its original condition by the end of the rental period. All decorations, personal items, and vendor equipment must be removed. All garbage must be bagged and placed in the dumpster outside. Failure to comply will result in deductions from the security deposit.

Decorations

-Permitted Decorations: Clients may bring in their own decorations, but no items may be affixed to walls, ceilings, or floors using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives that could damage the surface.

-Prohibited Items: The use of confetti, glitter, rice, or other small particles is strictly prohibited. Balloons must be deflated and disposed of properly. Any prohibited items left behind may result in a cleaning fee of $250.

-Open Flames: Open flames, including candles, are not permitted except for food heaters and birthday candles. These must be used safely and under supervision.

Music and Entertainment

-Volume Control: Music and entertainment must be kept at a reasonable volume, in compliance with local noise ordinances. If a noise complaint is made, the volume must be reduced immediately or the event may be terminated.

-End Time: All music and entertainment must conclude at least 1 hour before the event end time. The latest allowed end time is 12 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Alcohol Policy

-Serving Alcohol: Alcohol may only be served to guests over the age of 21. Clients are responsible for verifying the age of guests and ensuring responsible consumption. The sale of alcohol is prohibited unless the client secures the necessary permits and provides them to the venue in advance.

-Liability: The client assumes full responsibility for any incidents resulting from alcohol consumption. Any damages, injuries, or liabilities will be the sole responsibility of the client.

Smoking Policy

-Smoking Areas: Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. Failure to comply may result in a $250 fee.

-Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the event, forfeiture of the security deposit, and potential legal action.

Security Deposit

-Deposit Amount: A refundable security deposit of $250 is due with the final payment. It will be refunded within 48 hours after the event, provided there are no damages, violations, or outstanding fees.Billing for Damages: If damages exceed the amount of the security deposit, the client will be billed for the remaining costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

-Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation schedule outlined in your rental agreement.

-No Show: Failure to show up for the event will result in full forfeiture of all payments made, including the security deposit.

-Force Majeure: The venue is not responsible for events canceled due to natural disasters, government mandates, or extreme weather. In such cases, the client may reschedule within 18 months of the original date without incurring additional fees.
